Mill HouseThere are a number of variations on the Mill House Lantern design, but they all go well with colonial-style architecture. OSEL, or "Our Smallest Electrical Light", fits in the smallest rooms, such as bathrooms, hallways and closets. It is actually harder to make than some of the larger versions, as it is difficult to get hands into some of the spaces when working, thus the higher price. Long Mill House Jr., is a longer version of the standard Mill House Junior, and is best suited to tall, narrow locations. Both it and the Long Mill House Jr. with Bracket, go well on either side of an entryway, or in hallways with high ceilings. The Medford, still smaller than some of the large Mill House lanterns, is the largest of the small versions, and is less elongated in design. It goes well next to larger doors, or in larger rooms or hallways with a scale that does not emphasize high ceilings. The Lally is a good example of a custom made work. It is a standard variation of the smaller Mill House lights, made to the specifications of one of our customers. Our Mill House Post Light is a more traditional light. Like the Mill House wall lights and hanging lights, this post light goes well with colonial-style architecture. It comes in three different sizes. | |||||||||||||
