PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

ORDERS: Orders may be placed by telephone or postal service, or through our online catalog. When your request is received, we will call you with an acknowledgment. Our acknowledgment lets you know that your request is being processed and approximately when it will be delivered, and when your payment will be due.

ONLINE ORDERS When you order through our online catalog, we will not ask for your payment information online. Instead your order will be sent and someone from the Copper Works will contact you to confirm your order, get your payment information, and work out a delivery schedule. If we do not contact you within two working days, your order did not go through properly. Please call and let us know.

DELIVERY: All requests that are in stock will be shipped upon receipt of order and full payment. Please be aware that The Washington Copper Works is a small company and most work is made to request.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment is expected upon completion of your order, before shipment. For large orders we will ask for a 25% deposit. We accept MasterCard /Visa or checks. Please make checks payable to: Washington Copper Works.

SHIPPING: Most of our fixtures are shipped by UPS. We will make other arrangements for those items that cannot be shipped by U.P.S. or U.S. Mail. Shipping costs are extra.

BULBS: The first bulbs are included with the fixture at no charge. Unless you specify a particular bulb, we will supply what we think is appropriate.

CHAIN: Ten inches of our very distinctive, hand-made chain is included with hanging fixtures. The ceiling canopy to cover the wiring outlet is also included. Extra chain will be charged at $5.00 a foot, except for doubled chain for large lamps such as the HLH-F or G, which costs $25.00 a foot.
